{"id":3200,"date":"2024-12-13T00:23:48","date_gmt":"2024-12-13T00:23:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/twoglass.co\/?p=3200"},"modified":"2024-12-13T00:23:49","modified_gmt":"2024-12-13T00:23:49","slug":"empleo-inclusivo-colombia-personas-vulnerables","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/twoglass.co\/en\/empleo-inclusivo-colombia-personas-vulnerables\/","title":{"rendered":"Desayuno Empresarial sobre Empleo Inclusivo en Colombia para Personas Vulnerables \u2013 Fundaci\u00f3n Heartland Alliance International"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El 27 de noviembre, se celebr\u00f3 un <strong>desayuno empresarial<\/strong> con la <strong>Fundaci\u00f3n Heartland Alliance International<\/strong>, en las instalaciones de <strong>CIPET<\/strong> (Corporaci\u00f3n Iberoamericana de Educaci\u00f3n para el Trabajo y Desarrollo Humano), donde se exploraron las <strong>oportunidades y beneficios del empleo inclusivo en Colombia para personas vulnerables<\/strong>. Este evento fue una excelente ocasi\u00f3n para conocer c\u00f3mo las empresas pueden integrar a personas en situaci\u00f3n de vulnerabilidad en su plantilla, benefici\u00e1ndose tanto <strong>social como econ\u00f3micamente<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Como empresarios, muchos de nosotros experimentamos cierto <strong>temor al desconocer<\/strong> las ventajas y los procesos involucrados en la contrataci\u00f3n de personas vulnerables. Sin embargo, la reuni\u00f3n convocada por <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/heartlandallianceinternational.org\/\">Heartland Alliance International<\/a><\/strong> permiti\u00f3 ver claramente los beneficios tangibles de contar con estos trabajadores. No solo se trata de cumplir con la <strong>normatividad colombiana<\/strong> (Decreto 533 de 2015), sino tambi\u00e9n de abrir la puerta a nuevos modelos de negocio inclusivos y sostenibles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En este sentido, entidades como el <strong>Ministerio de Trabajo<\/strong> juegan un papel clave, ofreciendo asesor\u00eda especializada para asegurar que las contrataciones se realicen dentro del marco legal y con el debido acompa\u00f1amiento. Esto garantiza que las empresas puedan integrar a las personas en vulnerabilidad de manera eficiente, asegurando que los perfiles sean adecuados y las actividades sean mutuamente beneficiosas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para <strong>Two Glass<\/strong>, aumentar las plazas de empleo inclusivo es un objetivo fundamental.
